Re: Att: Tracey - gall stones

Hi Shl,

I'm pretty sure the lemon vs grapefruit juice is just for taste. (could be wrong....but no one seems to know - people have great results with either of those juices - they must be fresh squeezed) After your first flush you can experiment.

Did you read the Hulda Clark Flush link I posted to you? The whole protocol is there. (when to fast etc)

Yes, the 'Liver Flush' is actuallly the 'liver/gallbladder flush' - sorry to confuse!

One guy had good results doing a flush during the day, in the morning...but most people find it difficult. For your first one it's best to stick to a nighttime flush - where you just go to sleep.

I have never heard that the flush is hard on the kidneys. If you drink LOTS of water prior to the flush and lots of water after the flush...your kidneys should be just fine.

As for juice....organic apple juice is good (purported to help dissolve the stones)...but don't just drink the apple juice in the days before you flush....make sure to drink at least 2 litres of water the day before, the day of and the day after the flush. The Epsom Salts are dehydrating...drinking lots of water will help you feel good!

When will you be doing your first flush?
