Att: Tracey - gall stones
Hi Tracey
Thank you for your response.
Some people say lemon juice is more better than grapefruit juice as suggested by you. What is your opinion ? Do we have to be on fasting before cleansing and how much hours before. People recommend flushing at night. If we do in the morning, is there some difference ? Some people say that kidneys have to work hard for this flush. Are they likely to be affected by flushing. You mentioned lever flush, whereas, stones are in gb. Is the procedure same for both of them. Which juice is better to soften the stones first before flushing ? I am sorry I have asked you too much. I hope you don't mind.

Hi Shl...the
Liver Flush is absolutely safe! It has no adverse affects on your liver and gallbladder...the good fat - olive oil - simply forces the liver/gallbladder to release bile (to digest the fats)...and in doing so the liver and gallbladder expel a bunch of stones either sitting in the gallbladder or in the liver ducts. Check out the 'image' gallery.
The link below is the popular
Hulda Clark Liver Flush (1/2 cup of olive oil 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed organic grapefruit juice).
Epsom Salts as well.

Your small stones should be a breeze to get out. It may take quite a few flushes 2 weeks apart....but you'll see results and feel better!
Also...because you have that gas...you may want to do
Bentonite and psyllium shakes. People with IBS find this helps. (I have no idea if you have it....it's best not to put a label on it anyway and just think of it as digestion upsets and gas...which is totally cureable!).
I think that by doing this bowel cleanse, eating more raw vegetables (at LEAST one raw veggie meal per day please) and doing
Liver Flushes every 2 weeks you will be fixed right up!
Also....for gas, you may want to put together a tincture of: peppermint, ginger & fennel (buy tincture at your local health store)....put them together and take 2 dropperfuls 3 times a day in water...about an hour after meals, I think. (or...when do you get your gas? Is it constant or is it related to food?)
Welcome!
