Yes, it seems to be perfectly fine, in fact, optimal to do it weekly. The month long flushes that some have reccommended are way to long, no one wants to wait the rest of their life to rid themselves of gallstones. I do them weekly, but if someone is really sick and focusing on the health then twice a week is acceptable, but beyond that would not be advisable. I did a flush a few days ago and now this week I am doing one. It's fun. Tweet
