Re: My Second Flush
Adrick -- I think that what you accomplished was absolutely awesome. I hope I experience something similar myself in the not too distant future.
It is true, though, that I get concerned that you might be pushing yourself a little too far too fast, and I don't want to see anything bad happen to you. I'm glad to see that you're at least getting some fat, protein and carbs.
That doctor I mentioned really pushed people to the brink to get their bodies to freak out and shed the mucoid plaque. I prefer to see folks go a little slower, which is why I was glad to find out about the P&B shakes as a kinder, gentler method for me -- eating, working out, and over six months shedding the mucoid plaque (if I have any). Perhaps I'll need more than six months if I go this slow route, since it took you almost as long with the fasting and all of those enemas. I bought my supplies last week, and I plan on starting today or tomorrow.
I guess we have to find our own inner truths and run with them. If folks feel that they must go on these strenuous fasts, though, I certainly would prefer to see them at least test their adrenal profiles first (see link below).

Notes: These tests must be ordered through one of their doctors. You can ask them for doctor references for your particular needs, and you can sometimes call and get a five or ten minute introductory chat with a doctor to see if he really knows what he's doing. Caution: Their supplements sometimes have alcohol in them (like their sublinguals), and as always, some doctors seem to know more than others; IMHO, no doctor knows it all, although they sometimes act like they do ;).
