gall stones

I feel some gas discomfort under my right ribs. During ultrasound it was revealed that i have 2-3 very very tiny stones measuring 7mm in gb. This is not the pain but rather gas discomfort, which sometimes moves to left side under the ribs. The doctor says that I have silent stones and this discomfort is not due to stones.

Is this discomfort due to stones or irritable bowel syndrome. Any experience or opinion ?

What are the negative side effects of flushing the stones. Has somebody experienced any damage to lever, kidneys, spleen etc.etc.
I am somewhat scared to do it.

I know one person he is taking daily one tablespoonful of olive oil with lemon juice at night. Can it help in removing the stones.

Is the exact procedure of flushing one cup of extra virgin olive oil mixed with pure lemon juice at night, as I have read on this website. Please correct me if I am wrong.
