Hi Blacks...I think a Colon Cleanse is exactly what you need! And I agree with Lisa that you may as well follow it up with liver flushes.

(in active and archived bowel forums) Emmy's latest 'R' post may interest you because she had stomach pains very frequently and now that she has changed her diet to 90% raw (10% anything else) and is doing the Bentonite & psyllium drinks (bowel cleanse stuff) she hasn't had stomach pains!
The link below tells you all you need to know about bowel cleansing. The key is drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day! Start your day with warm water to stimulate peristalsis. If you dont' do this you could get really constipated. Start slow too.
