You say, "Don't forget that as we age our bowels become less able to do what they did when we were younger. Did you ever notice that an "all you can eat" pizza or spaghetti night at the local bistro was less appealing when you reached your thirties?"

Could this be due to the build-up of mucoid plaque and toxins that are now seeping into our bloodstream causing autointoxification - over the years?

We CAN have great digestion...we just gotta do some cleansing!
