Hi Dan...that dull ache on your right side under your rib is most likely your liver and gallbladder. Looks like some flushing is required!

The stones are pushed out by the extra-stored bile - when you take a dose of fat (olive oil) - the bile is pushed out to digest the fat and the stones come out with it. The stones make their way through your small and large intestines and are flushed out - by the Epsom Salts - which act as a muscle relaxant to the duct before you flush and a laxative the morning after.
