My Second Flush

HI all.

I thought I would post the results of my second GB flush.

Again I had a heck of a time getting to sleep last night. Perhaps it's the oo/gf mixture that keeps me up or something else.

Got up this morning and took the ES and got out a lot of what I guess was chaff. First flush I got out dozens of dime sized stones and hundreds of little pea sized bits, all green. This time I got out a lot of dark brown chaff, I did not see any stones. The stuff looked like dark brown rice except smaller than rice and really dark. Sorry, trying to explain something I have never seen before is kinda hard.

Really tired today. Went out for a walk and within three blocks I had to stop and return home.

I also wanted to mention that I was doing the MC, P&B shakes and the parasite cleanse as well. I stopped drinking the lemonade yesterday and started back up again today. I also stopped the P&B and stopped taking the parasite herbs.

I have been on the Master-Cleanse since Wednesday so today is day five. I plan to go until Friday which should be ten days. The P&B seems to be working because I had three BM yesterday that fit the pictures of the mucoid plaque that are here, an added bonus I thought. They were kinda small, not the big ropes that people talk about here. Would probably be about twice the size of my thumb. I hope I get some ropes.

This forum is excellent and I enjoy reading the posts here. It is great to be able to talk or write about these experiences. I don't know of anyone with who I can talk about this stuff.
