that was helpfull info. my idea to use epsom and Seasalt was in the right direction. i would think in 3 bm's i had about 45 "stones". one was the size of a kidney bean, white colored and not soft. i needed my nail to go thru it. i agree it was very convenient to do. you have given me encouragement. this was my 5th flush, my 2nd one was the best. i must say though that i almost feel i have to do this again. this is the first time that i have an ache at the right side, really in the gallbladder spot. up till now it was always at the lower left, i don't why. thanks again, johanna Tweet
