I'm really glad to hear that the Liver Flushes ease the hot flashes--sorry Ronnie, it's an old habit, I don't think I can call the flashes "flushes"! All I know is they sure can be scary when the heart is involved! I'll be glad if I never have another one of them ever.

Thanks for the info about drinking the juices. I should have known that there would be a delicious way to replace all those precious mineral salts. Now I won't worry about having too many of my favorite enemas.

Yes! Thank the Lord, I am doing SOOOOO much better than I was at this time last year. I never cease to be amazed! I know I have a little way yet to go, but I'm happy to have the energy I need to plant my vegetable garden, which I have already done, and do my household chores, which I try to get out of as often as I can now that it's spring and there are so many fun things to do outside, like hand feeding my koi and watching the birds build their nests.

Speaking of housework, I guess I should get busy...Having company over this weekend...
