4th flush, but still have tender, aching side...HELP!!
After 25 gallbladder attacks in the course of 2 months, and a trip to the emergency room where ultrasounds verified I had "multiple stones", I started reading this site and roused my courage to try my first Dr. Clark flush. I have completed four flushes and passed about 600 stones, with 10 being 1
inch in size. I feel successful because of the stones I am flushing, BUT...I feel like crud after this last flush. I had done 3rd flush and was planning on waiting for 2-3 weeks before I started a 4th, but a lingering gallbladder attack required me start the 4th about 10 days after my 3rd and since then my right side is so tender. I feel hesitant to eat anything for fear of starting another attack.
HELP...any ideas?
How many flushes am I going to have to do before I can slow down and/or start to feel better for longer periods of time?
How often can you do flushes without it taxing your kidneys and other body parts?
Any suggestions for sites where I can address an overall diet change that might help?
Thanks - discouraged, but willing to press on
