The colon cleansing is so easy, but it will last longer than a few hours that the Liver Cleanses take. You can go to your local health food store and buy a colon cleansing program. Or you can call 1-800-herbdoc and order Dr. Schulze 's Formula #1 and #2 for a great colon cleaning program. Or you can buy liquid Bentonite clay and psyllium husk---mix a tablespoon of the clay and a teaspoon of the husk----mix and drink quickly. It works great, too. (Just be sure and drink a lot of water!)
