I don't follow the "Food Pyramid" nor do I believe in "super dynamic health". I'm not extremely strict about my diet, and believe that Sugar and white flour are likely harmless in moderation. They are just ingredients after all. It's the foods they come in that are harmful. Adding a teaspoon of Sugar or flour to a healthy recipe isn't a big deal. But when sugar, white flour, and hydrogenated vegetable oil "products" become too large a percentage of the diet, health problems will eventually result. A Twinkie now and then is likely harmless, it's what you eat the other 95% of the time that's important. I support the WHO's decision and believe that anything that can get people to see the health problems that have been caused by the proccessed food industry is a good thing.
