what is vietnam doing?

I am wondering how come the first case of SARS was diagnosed in vietnam and somehow they managaed to limit the outbreak and now is no longer "dangerous" as per WHO.,,

how did they do it when the rest of the world, with probably much better medical facilities still fail to control the outbreak..or are they not counting any more??? or... Tweet
