In any case, its something the American soldiers could be exposed to - a terrorist, or citizen pissed off at America, could slip a chunk of contaminated material in their jeep when the chance comes up.


They are not protecting the citizens, this isn't freedom.
The U.S.A. forces only gaurded the Oil Ministry buildings when they invaded Baghdad. That shows where the U.S. interests lie.


Maybe they are creating a problem so they can offer the solution - treating Iraqis for illness could be the next big contract over there - maybe Haliburton has the only medical team that can do the job, ready to go. It seems that GW Bush is finding ways to get taxpayers money into the hands of Elite businesses, and the pharmaceutical/medical conglomerates are almost as good of friends of the White House as the oil guys. A million more prescriptions needed for Iraqis, paid for by America, or the U.N., would be a real boost for them. Radiation will help reach that goal.
