Keeping such a world leader away from everyone is highly suspicious.

because:

Saddam could incriminate Bush, they are partners.
Bush helped Saddam get to power, and then Saddam did everything America told him to do, including gassing Kurds, with American made chemicals sold to Saddam by Americans.
Then the Americans take him out, to get his oil. Ya, Saddam has a good case against BushCo.
