Re: Andi-Body Odor Diet and Lifestyle

Good day Meeeeee. I pretty much agree with everything you posted in ridding the body of offensive odor except getting too much sunshine outdoors. I myself had a courier job that required me to be outside for 8-9 hours straight with no break. At no time was my Body Odor any less offensive and I wasn't even eating meat but fish. Dairy is horrible for me because a rotten egg smell will emanate from my sinus area for a whole day. Of course you can imagine that I'm lactose intolerant. But seriously though, being in the sun a good portion of the day is horrible for your skin and complexion. No amount of sunscreen can protect against the aging effects of being out in the sun and air that's full of poisonous gases from engines and machines. I would hardly do my courier job with my windows rolled down because the vapors from vehicles would get my asthma and allergies spinning. I am black and great skin runs in my family to the point where my immediate family looks 10-15 years younger than our actual age. I began to notice that I didn't have that baby butt skin anymore on my face and arms and wondered why. I was practicing the same daily regimen I had been since I've been on this earth. Well I decided to take 2 weeks off from my courier job to go on vacation and wouldn't you know it. My vanilla cream complexion reappeared of course and my pores were no longer wide and open. My skin tightened up completely and I didn't have those ugly sun blemishes and bumps that were all too common for every courier. By the way, I checked out all the other courieres faces and their's were damaged too. I asked had anyone noticed a differece and they all said hell yes. So the next part of my story is that I ended up quitting that job because my skin and looks are more important than some job. As far as the Body Odor is concerned, I am free because I now use a special soap and oil spray that contains no perfumed or harsh chemicals. All these years, I was having an allergic reaction to cosmetics and irritants that came out as Body Odor . I used regular soap and lotion a few days to see if this was true and it was. I now use a black soap manufactured by ambi which contains shea butter, glycerin and vitamin E and the oil spray is by avon and it contains vitamin E and oat oil. No more odor in my clothes at the end of the day. Does everyone use color safe bleach in their clothes when washing? If not, please do so. I just started using color safe bleach a month ago and my clothes no longer have a greasy stale odor to them after washing and drying. No matter what detergent one uses, with the body odor that many of us have suffered from, it is important to use bleach to get rid of the odor residue left behind or we may as well just rinse our clothes in hot water and keep going. I now use a nasal spray I purchased from a natural foods market for my sinus and allergies and no more rotten egg smell coming from my nose. Thank God!

People please check your soaps, deoderants, perfumes, detergents, etc. The body odor in my opinion had very little to do with the food I consumed but everything with what I put on my body. At least in my case which took years, I have been able to pinpoint the problem after sooooooooooooo many sweat and tears. Ohh the tears and suicidal thoughts! Feel free to try my solution out but don't give up if it doesn't work. Just keep trying 'cause you know your body better than anyone else. Don't don't don't ever give up because the answer is inside of you. After hundreds of dollars and many rejections and humiliations, I am now free. Noone moves away from me anymore or sniffs and blows. It is a new life for me but I'm still trying to deal with the Depression that it left behind. I'm trying so hard to gain my confidence back and not have this paranoia looming over my head when I go out in public. You know when you don't smell anymore when people stand closely behind you in the check out line without moving back or gasping for air and the check out lady gladly assists you with a smile. Even now people will strike up a conversation with me and give me a friendly smile which was not the case before. People mostly gave me an evil or disgusting look. I so wish I could turn back the hands of time but no need to dwell on it because it's impossible. All I can do is pick up and keep trucking and I want all of you to do the same. If I would have committed suicide, I wouldn't have seen my deliverance from this crap. There's a song that says, "In spite of everything, I'm gonna gun run on and see what the end's gone be". I am a stronger person now because I decided to run on!!!!!!!!

Be Blessed!

P.S. I am an exercise fanatic and spend about an hour a day doing outdoors cardiovascular. No more than that though. Gotta keep the baby butt skin(smile).
