Re: Nasal mucous and dairy

I'm in exactly the same situation re: post nasal drip - i e
I've never had any other sinus problem except the drip...
what puzzles me though is why you haven't tried it yourself
for a few weeks (the dairy free thing) - If you've had it since
you were nine there must have been time to try this sort
of thing (unless you're still 9-10) and are force fed dairy :-/
I've been on an almost dairy-free diet for about a year, but
not really any diff to the drip. I reckon mine's to do with dust/
carpets/pollution. Is yours better when you're in the countryside
etc? Have you tried the Thera nasal drops? Are they useless?
I really can't tell... they defo don't reduce the dripping, but
maybe puts some oxygen in there - still defo not a permanent
or good solution as they probably dry out the nasal passage
eventually. I've been recommended to rinse with a simple
saline solution, though it seems to help |very| temporarily.

Have you been tested for allergies,
and,
are there any situtations when the drip is better?

best
S
