I am not convinced that emotional state plays a big part in bad breath although it does have some effect, I used to be a strong believer that it was purely caused by bacteria in the mouth - now I am not so sure.
I have been doing some reading on other forums, eg oxygen therapy, Colon Cleanse and liver detox.
I have had 2 sinus operations believing this would cure my problem - a big waste of money, had no impact at all. I had my tonsils out years ago. Tried almost every product out there to no avail.
What I have recently began is oxygen therapy using 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in distilled water twice a day and Oxypowder to colon cleanse. I have done 1 liver cleanse but still have some more work to do there.
I do strongly believe now that our inner health affects our overall health and if you have toxins in your body then bacteria is going to be having such fun throughout our body both orally and otherwise.
To date I have reduced my tongue coating and paste type taste in my mouth by 90%. I had not seen underneath the coating on my tongue for at least 15 years. I no longer have people backing away. I am still a little paranoid but such a long term habit of pulling away from people won't break overnight.
What works for one may not work for all I think and this is only my experience.
I now have to seriously question if it is purely an oral problem.
I have not altered my diet in anyway other than more fresh fruit and veg. I still drink coffee etc etc.
I didn't imagine I had bb it was definitely there and had been since I was around 13 yrs old, I am now 34.
I would be interested to hear if other people had tried something similar and their results :)
