She put me on a diet for those suffering from IBS, and then the fact that I don't have a colon comes into play, so I don't know if this will be of much help to you. But here it is.
3. sevings of vegetables
3. servings of fruit
3. servings of starch( which does not include potatoes or pasta, but rather corn and peas instead.)
2. 1/2 protines
1. dairy product, either an 8oz glass of milk or a serving of yogurt.
at-least 64oz. Water
No coffine and No chocolate
I was told to break these servings down into 6 small meals a day.
she's also going to send me to a G.I. specialst.
as for my blood work ,I had no food allergies , but she did find that I had a hypo-active tyroid gland and had a low triiodthyronine? level. She said this effected metabolisim, energy level and bowel function, and could of had something to do with the cronic consipation I had. my liver emzyme level was also off.
