I use the vitamin shoppe brand pantethine it is 150 mgs pantethine and 150 mgs of pantothenic acid in each pill. I take
3 pills 4 times a day.

Go to vitaminshoppe.com and type pantethine in the search engine
and they have several brands to choose from.

I use only the brand and type I do because I get my from the local
vitamin shoppe here but they have more choices online.

I have noticed that vitamin shoppe carries a lot of good brands but i also just recently found a place online that seems to carry good brands also it is called vitacost.com.
