Re: Hurrah for breastfeeding!

Thank you for your post!!! I think its good that we speak up about our challenges and how we overcame them to help other mothers who feel like giving up. It is soo worth it to stick with it. I want to continue nursing as long as my son will take breast milk. The bond we have is soo intense. He is now 7 months old and crawling. He is all over the place. Some people had told me that breastfeeding delays a childs development and makes them less independent but I know for sure that isn't ture. The average baby crawls at 8 months and he is already crawling. Not to mention he already says ma ma and da da. He also says hi and he is sitting up and doing everything he is supposed to do for his age. He is very independent but he also loves to be held. I think the nursing has actually helped his development. :) :) Tweet
