Re: 1st Day on Liver Cleanse - Threw Up After Detox Formula - HELP!

I did cut back on the amount of grape juice and had no problem the rest of the day taking the remaining 4 dosages. My only problem is I used 3 full dropperfuls each time and it appears I used too much as the bottle is really low to be able to last 4 more days. I think I may have to cut back to half a dropperful.

I really think my problem may lay with the olive oil in the flush drink. I always throw it up when doing the overnight liver flush. I will have to figure this one out as I know the amount of oil increases every day. I will definitely space out the time between that flush drink and the rest of the morning drinks.

I also took a detox bath last night. It was very relaxing. I made the water as hot as I could stand it. While I was soaking, I placed socks in water filled with ice cubes. Once I got out of the tub, I put the ice cold socks on my feet. WOW was that COLD! I congratulate you for braving the cold sheet treatment during the incurables program. I know it is a must for that program, but the shock of the cold to my feet was intense. I can only imagine how it feels on your whole body. I put a dry pair of socks over the ice cold ones and plan to keep them on until morning. I hope they are full of gunk when I wake up! Tweet
