I did find the ornithine today was 13 something at the health food store so I grabbed that...might try the melatonin next time I need some. I saw they have paragone is something like 30 dollars so have that on my list of things I want to get eventually. What does he have you doing for the candidas? I have been doing the diet off & on & trying all kinds of pills..yeast away, sf722, candigone..finally got rid of the white tongue recently so not sure if it's gone or what is going on.
great I will need support am trying to read on it as much as I can here but my brain isn't functioning too well lately so not sinking in very good...hope I do it right
