I did the full course of fungal defense - that is for 2 weeks.
While i was doing this i was using a fibre supplement (metamucil) which is made up of psyllium husk. I used this up to 3 times a day, but have recently cut back as I'm not home a lot of the time. I intend to go back to taking it 3 times a day asap.
Is this sufficient enough? or do i need to start taking Bentonite as well?
Regarding the fungal infection in my toe, over the past few days it has alternated between getting better and getting worse, and at the moment my lips won't stop peeling. So, i'm hoping this is just more die off.
