I have changed my diet, to include no sugar, wheat and the rest, and I take probiotics (acidophilus & bifidus) along with primal defense daily.
I did however have a couple of drinks a few days prior to the fungal infection in my toe getting a little worse (no beer, just vodka & diet soft drink), but usually when I drink i get a worsening of more symptoms than just my toe. My other symptoms include white coating on tongue, vaginal yeast infection (which usually gets worse before the toe does!), toenail infection, and i used to suffer from brain fog and terrible tiredness. But those two have disappeared thankfully!
