I was wondering if it is better to have home made pancakes (water and non-gluten flour)instead of wholegrains in order to cut down on carbs?
I have Mx problems but as a result of these problems I have a dysbiosis. I eat non gluten grains in the am and that is it for my carbs all day. However, I think I may be eating too much of the grains in order to sustain my hunger. So, what do people think about making my own bread/pancakes and eating that instead of a bowl of grains. This would be less carbs right? I read somewhere that you need to avoid flour if you have candida is this right?
