Thanks for all your help in the past as I am still very new to this whole PH thing.
I took the PH test 2 hours after eating a protein meal and I also had protein for brekkie (but that is typical as I diet Atkins style). I came out an 8.0 which is really alkaline (I tend to be around 7.2-7.4 normally).
So once again can I assume that PH is not my problem.
I rushed out and got digestive enzymes but I tend not to think I need them. I may just take them when I have a lot of protein perhaps.
My candida as I have said is well on its road to recovery so perhaps 9 months ago it would have been bad. My roommate's theory on my perfect ph after protein is that my body is starting to normalise and the once bad foods now cause a beneficial reaction.
