Thanks guys for your response. It just seemed logical to me that if Sugar acts in the body with yeast the same way it does in bread then the salt we eat would also have to act the same way with yeast as is does in baking. I have been using Sea Salt for a couple of years now. I all of a sudden started having allergies to msg and all it's hidden sources and some medications. So I cut out about everything that had artificial preservatives and junk in it. I make everything homemade. Now I am trying this diet to see if I can regain any energy and maybe stop these allergies or at least stop the new ones that I keep getting. I figure it worth a try. I am just now starting on the lemonade fast part of it. I have already lost 8 pounds.
