Not to be gross, but sometimes when I shower I put my finger up "my girl parts" to try to guage how bad the pain is and whether or not I'm improving. I'm trying to treat chronic vaginal candida through cleaning out my intestines so I'll know that the cause of candida is really gone and I'm not just treating the symptom.
