Threelac & Dieoff??

Hi Everyone! I started Threelac yesterday. I am just curious if this is dieoff. I had a little dizziness and general tired feeling. I also had itches all over yesterday! When I urinated there was white globby stuff in the toliet. Is this the dieoff?? Also, this morning my dandruff is a little better. Is this just a fluke or could it be from the threelac? Also, does anyone know if I can/should still take my primadophilus bifidus supplement, my regular vitamins, & my liver guard supplement? I did not take it yesterday as I was not sure.
