White coated tongue

I am suffering from white coated tongue for about 6 months. When I was treated with Fluconazole IV, they were nearly gone, but soon after 2 weeks treatment, came back again. I used Nystatin suspension, Amphotericin suspension, Meconazole oral paste, salty water ( 4 weeks each ), but not work.

Other associated symptoms such as Candida vaginitis and Intestinal overgrowth of candida were now relieved by Amphotericin B oral tablets and Genoflor E vaginal tablet, together with candida diet.
