I'm a guy. Please don't think that *all* guys will try to bed you as early in the relationship as humanly possible. Personally, I find it very unattractive when a woman tries to have her wicked way with me before we know each other. (I'm sure I'll be mocked for saying that - at least I'm honest)

I think part of the problem is that it's not acceptable for men to refuse offers of sex. He may have felt uncomfortable with your proposal but didn't see a way out of it. That may have led to his 'problem'.

Or it could be much simpler. Perhaps he didn't want to sleep with someone who gives it up so easily.

Either way, I don't rate your chances of working this out. After all, it seems you hardly know each other and already there's been a major hiccup.
