Re: delay on start of MC

Just have everything out where you can see it on the counter...Make sure you have enought to last, and then that's one less excuse you have..(my reasoning) Once you start...just go for the pink tongue! Before I even let my self get hungry, I drink a drink..Have a regular schedule everyday, and don't deviate from it..That way you won't even have to think about it..it just happens!

Simplistic, I know...but I'm all about SIMPLE..
