Eye wash results.....

I posted that my right eye devoloped a severe twitch about 9 months ago when I started cleansing. I bought the Eye Wash from godsherbs.com via a suggestion from this site.

I started using the eye wash last week. It can be put directly in the eye or mixed with water and used with an eye cup. So far, I just tried putting it directly in my eye.
Wow, it hurts like hell. But the pain subsides quickly and
a few good nose blows flushes the entire nasal passage out from the eye. So the weird thing is the twitch temporarily moves to above my eye, forehead, or behind my right ear for
awhile. Than after a hour or so, its back in my eye.

Any Ideas what I am dealing with here? Anyone ?
