Buy greens mostly and granny smith apples as they are tart. Wash them well. I use vegewash. I juice kale, spinach, celery, turnip, parsley, etc. Throw them in the juicer and drink up. I like the carrots (excellent antioxidand, carb and protein source) or granny apples (malic acid) to make the taste better. I also eat lots of romaine salad with flax oil and garlic and steam my squash/zuchini. This diet promotes cleansing...especially due to the enzymes (that we normally cook out of our food). All these foods create an alkaline environment which parasites dont like. While lemons, limes, pineapple, papaya and most fruits create alkaline, cranberries create acidic. However cranberries do help kill bacteria and help restore ph balance of the bowel once you come off the cleanse. Having an alkaline gut for too long is just as bad as too acidic.
