More great advice! I can't remember exactly when I started doing the flushes, but I've done them every other week since early fall. That's what you're supposed to do, right? Wait two weeks and flush again? I've never done them closer together than that. I'm going to continue my B and P shakes, and try the olive oil like in that link you gave me, to lubricate my liver. Yes I sure do still have my gallbladder... ! I never even knew where it was until a few weeks ago...hah. The pain...oy. I think you're right in that I am not eating enough fat, but the fat I do eat is all "whole food" fat, that is - nothing processed, just fat from olives, nuts, avocados, corn...stuff like that. I thought it was good for me. I will definitely follow your recommendations, and those of shelleycat, and see if I can get my liver and gallbladder to like me again :)
