Re: Daytime flushing??

I tried a daytime flush, and I did get out some stones, but not as many as I have on other flushes. I you are having acute symptoms and need to flush ASAP, or if you work nights and have to adjust your schedule, then give it a try. The most important thing is to be prepared to lie very still for at least 30 minutes, an hour would be even better. The large amount of oi you ingest causes the gallbladder to release bile produced in the liver to begin the digestion process. Until the bile is released and digestion of the oil begins, you can feel very nauseous. Lying still is the best way to combat the nausea. It is this strong contraction of bile that causes the stones to be forced out too. Follow the time table given on your flush as far as drinking the Epsom Salts . PLease post your results, I'm curious to know how this works.
