I suffer from the unable to go and unable to feel like I even want to go syndrome. I just received my golden flaxxeed today and my grinder and am about to take the trip down falxxeed lane/ I have a 3 pound bag but there is nothing stating how to store it. Can you tell me how to store it so it won't become old?
Please wish me relief. I have read the cleeanse sites and am just a little afraid to do all of this unless I am semi-clean. Does that make any sense?
I am new to this site. Thank you for any info that you can pass along.
