Re: Cant go for days to weeks. tried everything. help please

I have had the same problem for 4 years. Also going as
much as 1 or 2 weeks without bowel movements. I've tried
it ALL....the first thing to work for me was Primal Defense.
Causes no nausea or discomfort. Says to start slow and
work up to 12 pills a day...then start working down...but
I can't get past 3 capsules...or I'd be in there all day.

REALLY REALLY REALLY worth it's weight in gold. May be able
to get it at a health food store near you. I ordered my
first one from Garden Of Life. You can find them by doing a
search. Lots of other places will pop up to get it.
Read Jordan Rubins story on HIS website. If you'll just
give it one week...I'm sure you will see tremendous results.
