You should be GRINDING the flaxseeds, not chewing them. A little coffee-grinder is perfect,
but any grinder will do.
You can grind them for 10 seconds
-- a rough grind -- which is what
I do, or you can grind the seeds
into powdery form. I never tried to
chew them.

In your place, I'd try Dr. Schulze 's
