Yes, I agree that Heintzman Farms
in South Dakota grows excellent
golden, organic flaxseed. I bought
a 10 ob bag from them several years
ago. The Heintzmans are lovely
people.

And I won't disagree with your
friend who grinds a week's worth of
flaxseed and then stores it in his
fridg. For busy people, that makes
a lot of sense. Since I'm not busy -- I'm retired -- I'll stick with
grinding my flax each day. Thanks
