Question about Dead sea salt baths

Hi,

I know this forum is about clay baths but I was wondering if anyone had experience and benefits of using a bath of Dead Sea Salt s?

I have C.F.S. and a hair analysis 3 years ago revealed highish levels of mercury. I've never done any chelation but eat cilantro leaves sometimes. Recently I bought some Sea Salt s and they are a combination of Miocene salts (salts from an ancient sea near Poland) and Dead Sea Salt s.

Does anyone know if these also remove heavy metals from the body like the clay baths do? I had one 2 nights ago and feel like something has been removed but not sure what exactly!

Also how are metals removed from the body via a bath...is it through the skin or do more come out in the urine as a result of such baths?
Thanks for any response :)
Anne
