i added thsi to my fav list thansk so much.
well i can t' go out side and do that...
and i hav eno bath tub/ jsut a shower
so i think i will get a big wide short garbage can as was suggested, and take an old chair to sit on, in my shower.and put all plastic eonteh bottom ... sicen ihave sever plumbing probelsms (wiill cos t me 1250-3250 $ to fix so i need ot be care ful to neot let clay godown teh drain..)then i can stand in te carage can thing..and using a old palstice pitcher wet/wip emy sel foff as best i can
and ahv emy daughter help me tak eit out side if i put a palstic bag in sid eit/ i hsould be abl eto pour off the water / tehn pull out the bag and poke hole in it to let res tof water drin off teh have the mu dstil lef tint eh bag.../
then i can tak ete can back in shower and we waysh mysle fin it again to get remainin g off../then pullup the garbage bag form floo rof my shower stalll..when done.. i thinkt aht will work...
can i use liquid bentonite? i have amess of it here already.

i can't do it out side i am still extrmemly sne sitive a bout exposignmy body out side...that will tak eme awhiel still workign thru persoanl issues about that 8)
i am hoping pen of these yeard to build a kinsa teepee typr open but private alos/ meditation sittign area then i could do that there alter.. but at leas t this give sme an didea how i could do it now/ inside. 8) thsnka !! Ami.
