My take on the lost curvature issues and many other types of back problems is this. Almost all of it is stress induced. Reduce the stress or get to what the root of the stress is and heal THAT. Then the postural problems become history. Many postural problems are induced by emotionally stressed muscles pulling the spine out of alignment. I can tell you everytime I get stressed out in any way it typically goes right into my neck and shoulders pullsing my neck and back out of alignment. One thing I have found that really helped me was EFT therapy. It gets to the root of the stress fast and keeps you stress free. It is also a very fast pain reliever.
