On day two, for some reason the salt water is a little easier to get down (day one I gagged at the end)
I prepared 60oz water
12 Tablespoons lemon juice from fresh organic lemons
12 Tablespoons GRADE B MAPLE SYRUP
I put 1/2 teaspoon cayenne in a baggie
the lemonade mix I pour into a two quart container and stir. I then transfer the lemonade into smaller water bottles (don't fill to the top)
before you drink add a pinch of the cayenne. I find that way you'll still get the cayenne and it won't have had as much time to make the drink to spicy.
