Hello Princess,

I just finished mixing 5 quarts. It took 2 1/2 cups of maple syrup. I keep it in the fridge in a skinny drink container with a spigot that I bought at Walmart. It fits along the side of the fridge and takes up about 3 1/2 to 4".

The lemon juice I squeezed into the blender and put some rind and lots of pulp in it and blended it a lot. Then I transfered it to 2 quart canning jars.

When I'm ready to have a lemonade, I just mix it then. Course, I work at home so it's easy for me that way.

Just started using the rind and pulp, boy it is delicious! It is sweeter than without. Supposed to help clean you out better too. It is still hot with the cayenne but I like it a whole bunch better!!

Just started day 4 at 5 pm. Feel great!!
