Sorry for the late response to your post. My recipe for the lemon water drink is pretty simple. I use about a half of a lemon and a little bit of lime (about ¼) and squeezed it in a 12-oz cup of water. I tried drinking it unsweetened, but it was a bit too sour, so I put in a little stevia. I would drink it first thing in the morning right after brushing my teeth.
During the time I was taking the drink I ate, but I did not have any processed foods nor any type of grain. I ate fruits, vegetables, fish and drank plenty of water.
I did that for about a week to a week and a half. It took 3 days before I felt the symptoms of the pressure on my tailbone. It took another day and a half before I evacuated all of that pressure.
