Re: Lactose Intolerance

Hello Skyler,

Iím not sure if I really had a program. It all happened as a result of a rather traumatic experience in my life.

My mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After the doctors had pronounced her too far gone to be able to withstand chemotherapy, I began to do research on the pancreas, itís function and cancer. My searches lead me to things relating to alkalizing the body, juicing, and other natural preventative therapies.

Unfortunately, my mother wasnít very receptive at all to my findings, but it did lead me to juicing and alkalizing. As a result of alkalizing and juicing I found certain changes with my body. One of them was the fact that I found I was able to drink milk again and eat all types of fruits and veggies. I even eat fruits that I donít like only because I can.

I juice things like wheatgrass, kale, broccoli, spinach, chard, beets and carrots. I tend to favor deep green leafy vegetables. I add a half of an apple just to sweeten it a bit.

My eating habits are not stellar, but I tend to stay away from processed foods and buy whole grains and brown rices.

I donít know if my routine will help you, but it might not hurt to try.

Good luck.
